HMC Limited Warranty
This Limitied Warranty applies to our SL Series Lifts.
HMC Industries warrants to the original purchaser of this product;
- 10 Year Warranty on the Frame & Table Structure. Not included is wear due to center stand use, wearable parts such as pins, bearings, seals, & wheels.
- 3 Year Limited Warranty on wearable parts such as pins, bearings, seals, wheels, foot valve, wheel chocks, cycle vises, extensions, cylinders.
HMC Limited Warranty
This Limitied Warranty applies to our GC Series, OC Series, OD Series, FST Series, GP Series Pumps, CH Series Hose Assemblies, & SS Series Shelves & Workstations.
HMC Industries warrants to the original purchaser of this product, all parts to be free from defects in manufacture for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Notice of a defective part must be received in writing at HMC Industries within 1 year from purchase. All defective parts must be returned to HMC Industries, and which, upon our examination any parts which are defective in manufacture or workmanship, will be replaced or put in good operating condition. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, improper installation, repair, operation or maintenance negligence or neglect. The cost of such replacement or repair shall be exclusive remedy for any breach of any warranty and HMC Industries shall not be liable to any person for consequential damage, or injury, or commercial loss resulting from any breach of warranty. HMC Industries makes no warranty or merchantability, makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and makes no other warranty expressed or implied, including implied warranty arising from the course or dealing or usage of the trade.
RETURNS
- We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products up to 14 days from receipt of your item unless specified on the products page. Some items are non-refundable.
- Non-defective goods will have a 20% re-stocking fee applied to the refund.
- All refunds are less any credit card processing fees for both the original transaction and the refund.
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to process after we receive the returned items.
- Non-defective return freight costs are the buyer's responsibility. Defective return item freight costs are the buyer's responsibility until our inspection.
- If an item is determined defective due to manufacturing, we will replace or repair the item subject to the product's warranty coverage.
- The return freight cost will be refunded if an item is determined defective.
- We are not responsible for freight damage and freight costs are only refundable based on the freight carrier's determination.
